5 Drinks Men Should Never Order At A Bar

Before I begin, I would like to state that men can drink whatever they wish. I was inspired to write this article because of things I've witnessed in bars with friends. Single guys who are putting their best foot forward in hopes of meeting a girl. I have one friend who always orders fruity drinks with sugar on the rim. Although I'm sure it taste great, it may be perceived as childish by other women in the room. Because to me, he looks like a giant twelve year old with a slushy in his hand.

I decided to create a list of drinks men should never order at a bar, especially if they are trying to meet women. The only exception to this rule is if your on a vacation to a tropical region where this type of behavior is expected.

Sex On The Beach

The name alone should be embarrassing enough and no doubt heads will turn and not for all the right reasons. This drink is best ordered on a Caribbean island and nowhere else.

Hard Lemonade

You might as well be drinking a wine cooler. It doesn't matter how great you think they taste. Get caught with one of these in your hands and your going home alone guys.

Anything with Salt or Sugar on the Rim

A man that needs sugar with his drink suggest he is a giant man-boy. Stay away from drinks that are over decorated, bright or have anything on the rim.

Low Carb / Light Beer

They may be better for your waistline but they also make you look like you care too much about your weight and appearance which may indicate insecurity. Confidence is sexy, go ahead and have that full body beer.
